Good Day or Bad Day?
The Day we begin will be Good or Bad, depends on the Mood with which we start the day. The first few moments of the day are some of the most important as they can determine the mood for the rest of the day.
When you're in bad mood, you find jerk on anywhere.
Always try to be joyful and proactively benign to the people.
By doing so everyday, people have no control at all over your mood.
Mood has to be controlled. Otherwise, it's your master.
If you're in bad mood, take a deep breath.
If you're in good mood, give thanks to God!!

- Something to Learn
A 24 year old boy seeing out from the train’s window shouted…
“Dad, look the trees are going behind!”
Dad smiled and a young couple sitting nearby, looked at the 24 year old’s childish behavior with pity,
suddenly he again exclaimed…
“Dad, look the clouds are running with us!”
The couple couldn't resist and said to the old man…
“Why don’t you take your son to a good doctor?”
The old man smiled and said…
“I did and we are just coming from the hospital, my son was blind from birth, he just got his eyes today.
Every single person on the planet has a story. Don’t judge people before you truly know them. The truth might surprise you.

Compare the Success
Don't Compare your Success with Others as you don't know that
- how much efforts the one had given for it
- sacrifices he had done
- how many nights he haven't slept & kept working hard
- had not taken food just to complete the project or meetings
- had suffered from backaches, headaches, etc.
- had missed parties & lovely moments with family
- how many times he faced Rejections & still moving Onn & Onn .....
One Actually can't compare himself with someone else as everyone is Special & unique in his own way.
The Best person to COMPARE is YOU - YOURSELF.
If we have to compare, then it should be the comparison of your past with present efforts. True Success is to Defeat our Own work, efforts & records.
Lets All grow together.

SIX LESSONS OF LIFE
Lesson 1: Naked Wife A man is getting into the shower just as his wife is finishing up her shower when the doorbell rings. The wife quickly wraps herself in a towel and runs downstairs. When she opens the door, there stands Bob, the next door neighbour. Before she says a word, Bob says, “I’ll give you $800 to drop that towel.” After thinking for a moment, the woman drops her towel and stands naked in front of Bob. After a few seconds, Bob hands her $800 dollars and leaves. The woman wraps back up in the towel and goes back upstairs. When she gets to the bathroom, her husband asks, “Who was that?” “It was Bob the next door neighbour,” she replies. “Great!” the husband says, “Did he say anything about the $800 he owes me?” Moral of the story: If you share critical information pertaining to credit and risk with your shareholders in time, you may be in a position to prevent avoidable exposure.
Lesson 2: A sales rep, an administration clerk and the manager are walking to lunch when they find an antique oil lamp. They rub it and a Genie comes out. The Genie says, “I’ll give each of you just one wish” “Me first! Me first!” says the administration clerk. “I want to be in the Bahamas, driving a speedboat, without a care in the world.” Poof! She’s gone. “Me next! Me next!” says the sales rep. “I want to be in Hawaii, relaxingon the beach with my personal masseuse, an endless supply of pinacolada and the love of my life.” Poof! He’s gone. “OK, you’re up,” the Genie says to the manager. The manager says, “I want those two back in the office after lunch.” Moral of the story: Always let your boss have the first say.
Lesson 3: A priest offered a lift to a Nun. She got in and crossed her legs, forcing her gown to reveal a leg. The priest nearly had an accident. After controlling the car, he stealthily slid his hand up her leg. The nun said,”Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest removed his hand. But,changing gears, he let his hand slide up her leg again. The nun once again said, “Father, remember Psalm 129?” The priest apologized “Sorry sister but the flesh is weak.” Arriving at the convent, the nun went on her way. On his arrival at the church, the priest rushed to look up Psalm 129. It said, “Go forth and seek, further up, you will find glory.” Moral of the story: If you are not well informed in your job, you might miss a great opportunity.
Lesson 4: A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him,”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested. A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it. Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up.
Lesson 5: Power of Charisma A turkey was chatting with a bull “I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree,” sighed the turkey, but I haven’t got the energy.” “Well, why don’t you nibble on my droppings?” replied the bull. “They’re packed with nutrients.” The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree. Moral of the story: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it wont keep you there.
Lesson 6: A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground into a large field. While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was. The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate. Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him. Moral of the story: 1. Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy. 2. Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend. 3. And when you’re in deep shit, it’s best to keep your mouth quite!

-How to Deal with daily Problems
-How to Deal with daily Problems
The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”
The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”
.
’50gms!’….. ’100gms!’ …..’125 gms’ …the students
answered.
.
“I really don’t know unless I weigh it,” said the
professor, “but, my question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a
few minutes?”…. .
‘Nothing’ …..the students said.
‘Nothing’ …..the students said.
.
‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.
‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student
‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.
‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student
.
“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”
“Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!”
….. Ventured another student & all the students laughed
.
“Very good.
But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” Asked the professor.
‘No’…. Was the answer.
“Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?”
.
The students were puzzled.
“What should I do now to come out of pain?” asked professor again.
“Put the glass down!” said one of the students
.
“Exactly!” said the professor.
Life’s problems are something like this.
.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.
.
It’s important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN’ at the end of every day before you go to sleep…

Few things which an Employer / Boss or Senior never tells their team ...
I don't think I know everything
A few people stepped in, without being asked, and made a huge difference in my professional life. I will always be grateful to them. I don’t offer you advice because I think I’m all knowing or all-powerful. I see something special in you, and I’m repaying the debt I owe to the people who helped me.
I think it’s great when you’re having fun
You don’t have to lower your voice and pretend to be working hard when I walk by. I know it’s possible to work hard and have a little fun at the same time. Before I got all serious, I used to work that way.
When you enjoy what you do, it makes me feel a little better about my company and myself. I get to feel like I’ve created something more than just a business.
I want to pay you more
I would love to be the employer/ Senior of choice in the industry or the area. I can’t, mostly due to financial constraints but partly because the risks I’ve taken require a reasonable reward. If I go out of business tomorrow, you lose your job. That's terrible, I know. But I lose my business, my investment, my credit, my house… sometimes I lose everything.
Someday, when you start your business, I promise you’ll understand.
I want you to work here forever. Job-hopping may be a fact of business life, but as an owner it’s a fact I hate. I don’t see you as a disposable part. When you leave, it hurts. A part of me feels like I’ve failed. I want to own the kind of business people hope to retire from.
I would love to turn you loose
You can't stand to be micromanaged. That's good because I hate micromanaging. But freedom is earned, not given. Show me you can fly on your own and I’ll gladly focus on something or someone else.
In fact, if you feel I’m micromanaging you, step forward. Say, “Anurag, I can tell you don’t quite trust me to handle this well. I understand, so I’m going to prove you can trust me.”
Do it and I'll get off your back and respect you even more.
Ownership is the smorgasbord of insecurity
I worry about sales. I worry about costs. I worry about facilities and employees and vendors and customers and… you name it, I worry about it.
So occasionally I’m snappy. Occasionally I’m distracted. Occasionally I’m tense and irritable and short-tempered. It’s not your fault. I’m just worried.
More than anything, I’m worried about whether I can fulfill the trust you placed in me as your employer/ senior.

Love All
when a bird is alive it eats ants, yet when it dies ants eat it.
circumstances can changes at any time.
Do not oppress, despise, or hurt anyone during your lifetime.
You may be powerful today, but remember, time is more powerful than you.
Just like one tree makes a million match sticks, yet when time comes, only a single match stick is needed to burn million trees !!

Decision determines Destiny
"Sir, What is the secret of your success?" a reporter asked a bank president.
"Two words."
"And, sir, what are they?"
"Good decisions."
"And how do you make good decisions?"
"One word."
"And sir, what is that?"
"Experience."
"And how do you get Experience?"
"Two words."
"And, sir, what are they?"
"Bad decisions."

Getting Better
Remember the first time you played the piano, or violin, or rode a bike? You were probably dreadful. Then you moved up to bad. Then you become good. And if you stayed with it, you became great.
That’s true with pretty much everything in life. You can't look good and get better at the same time. Dare to look bad.
Quotes
Adversity...
Stuff happens. People doubt you. Emergencies come up. Things compete for your priorities. And sometimes you fail at things. Face challenges.
Challenges and adversity cause many people to break. It causes others to break records.
Belief
You will encounter people who don't believe in you. You will have well-meaning people suggest you should be more "realistic," that what you want to accomplish cannot be done.
You can use that feedback to sow doubt in your dreams, or fodder to strengthen your determination. Believe in yourself before you ask anyone else to. And then they will start to believe - or they will get out of the way.
And the only one that really matters - is you.
Self-Discipline...
Self-discipline seems like it's hard. Because it's sometimes about doing things we may not feel like doing at that moment. Things like eating right, exercising, and spending daily self-development time. But once you start it and understand it - NOT doing your daily disciplines seems hard! And here's the most important thing to know...
Discipline creates freedom.
Move Your Feet
There is an African proverb that states, "As you pray, move your feet." In my church we say that God gives you the light, but you still have to turn on the light switch!
You can't just sit on the sofa watching "The Secret" and think your Lamborghini is going to pull up by itself in your driveway. To manifest prosperity, you have to redefine yourself from a recipient to a co-creator.
Success...
The top sales people are the ones who faced the most rejection. The most successful songwriters are the ones that wrote the most songs that didn't get picked up. The gold medal winning gymnasts are the ones who suffered through the most workouts, falls and injuries.
The most successful people made lots of mistakes and experienced lots of failures. And you are no different: Want to live an epic life? Don't be afraid to make mistakes. The level of your success will be in direct proportion to the level of failure you have learned from.
Now go out and start something amazing.
Influence…
Jim Rohn used to say your income would be the average of the five people you spend the most time with. I believe that is true in all areas of prosperity: faith, health, relationships, etc.
And I know this…
For every person seeking greatness, there are hundreds more charged with safeguarding mediocrity. Who you surround yourself with and how much influence you allow them, determines how healthy, happy and prosperous you become. Be mindful...
Habits...
In more than one year I have missed doing my daily cardio exercise twice. And both times I did two sessions the next day. I don't particularly like doing it. Some days I hate it. But I hate being out of shape worse.
So how do I find the time? I don't. I make the time. Habits are very important and very special. Because you don't create your future. You create your habits, and they create your future.
Safety
There are certain situations that make us feel safe. Comfortable routines and regular habits. But there is a danger with these...
When you get too comfortable, it could mean you've settled for mediocrity. Get uncomfortable. Dance in the unknown, because that's where the magic lies.
STAND BACK!
Whenever you attempt to do something great - something epic - you are bound to have some people who want to "help" you by telling you why it won't work, isn't realistic, or is above your ability.
Most of the time, they're don't intend to be malicious. They are simply the victim of their negative beliefs, and have that default setting on everything they evaluate. Don't let their limiting beliefs become yours. Simply thank them for their opinion, then say, "STAND BACK, I'M ABOUT TO MAKE IT WORK!"
When Life Doesn't Work...
Some people learn from the examples of others. I was a slow learner who had to experience almost every mistake firsthand. And when the universe sent me a lesson, I had to receive it a number of times before I got the message.
Are you carrying around too many pounds? Had a business fail? Been repeating negative dysfunctional relationship? Falling back into addictions? Is life just not working very well for you?
Here's what I will tell you...
The biggest breakthrough I ever experienced - was the day I realized I hated my life. Because that was the moment I decided to change. And that changed everything for me.
Just as it can for YOU.
Becoming
Work hard, dream big, and you can accomplish great things. And when you accomplish great things, you’re going to be rewarded with lots of “things.”
But that’s not why you do it. The things you get from success are great. But the best reward...is who you become.

Playing the Game of Life to Win
However, Deliberate Creation is not something that you can just accept intellectually. That was my problem in the beginning. I understood it intellectually, but I did not ACT on my beliefs.
There are two kinds of people:
- Those who play the game of life TO WIN. (Take Action on what they KNOW.)
- Those who play the game of life to NOT TO LOSE. (Keep collecting more information and avoid taking Action.)
This is the reason why most people do not have what they want. Their true or hidden goal is not to get what they want, but to avoid failure and disappointment. So they do nothing. They just read and study and accumulate more information.
You always have a choice. You can play the game of life to AVOID LOSING and live an unstable, stressful life of limitation in which, no matter how much you read and study this stuff, you will never CONSISTENTLY get what you want, or..…
You can play the game of life to WIN and DO WHAT YOU KNOW. When you do, your life will no longer be about survival, but about experiencing joy and abundance and creating anything you desire regardless of your current circumstances, the economy or any other perceived obstacle.

Today's quote
Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if he or she were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness, and understanding you can muster, and do so with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again
